The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. (LHW) provides global distribution, reservations, and luxury marketing support to the world’s finest five-star independent hotels and hotel groups, including such well-known properties as the Plaza Athénée in Paris, the Peninsula Hotel in New York, and the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas.

When LHW needed to rejuvenate its 75-year-old brand in order to dramatically increase the conversion rate for online reservations to improve revenue, they turned to the experts at 300FeetOut.

After focused research and stakeholder interviews, 300FeetOut repositioned the LHW brand strategically to include a younger, affluent audience that had previously been ignored.

300FeetOut completely rearchitected and redesigned their web site, creating a less cluttered, more modern—yet still luxurious—online environment for hotel guests. Special offers and packages are now strategically placed to entice—not overwhelm—guests who can quickly book a reservation.

The result? The site has attracted a much larger audience and clearly transitioned to become an active sales channel, resulting in a phenomenal 85% increase in online revenues! The site was also awarded ‘Best of the Web’ by Forbes.
