Creating a web experience for a new level of elite vacationing

300FeetOut has completed the launch of The Leading Residences of the World (LRW) website to convey the service and quality of this world-class destination club. LRW was formed through a strategic alliance of established luxury hospitality firm The Leading Hotels of the World, travel and real estate firm Cendant Corporation, and HDMD, LLC, formed by the principals of Destination Club Partners, LLC who pioneered the first residence club in the United States.

300FeetOut developed an online presence for the luxury destination club that allows the traveler to choose their passion…from the beach to the mountains, from an epicurean delight to a romantic get-away, to a family-friendly holiday. Website content was fashioned to offer the world-class high-end luxury experience that privileged membership brings. Using rich colors and simplified navigation principles, visitors to the site feel pampered even before joining the destination club. The pampering lingers long after the visit to the residence is complete. LRW extends complimentary concierge services to the home or while traveling on business.
