There’s a good reason why Barbara is the social media gal at 300FeetOut: she’s simply the most socialized (she’s a working mother—‘nuff said). Barbara brings a de-mystifying approach to the ethers of social media: she believes that businesses need to cultivate their online reputations just like they always have face-to-face. She views social media as just another extension of good customer service. And she admits that social media changes every nanosecond and she’ll do her damndest to keep up, so you don’t have to.

As if that weren’t exhausting enough, Barbara brings her outstanding organizational and multitasking skills to 300FeetOut. After consulting with the company for a few years, she came on board full-time to take over direction of operations and projects. Before coming to 300FeetOut, Barbara was a workflow and applications consultant for multiple years in the online support field. While at eBay, her experience ranged from marketing to executive leadership for eBay’s luxury arm, Butterfields, as Director of Client Services.

Like the Renaissance woman she is, Barbara has an eclectic educational background; with a Masters in Gerontology, and bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and German literature. She was once forcibly expelled from Red Square, and she hikes glaciers. If that doesn’t add up to social media expertise, what does?
