We are a small agency in the Bay Area. Our optimal strategy is to do a mix of digital and immersive brand experiences via collaboration between design and development. Sometimes we win awards, all of us are driven and fearless with dedication to our jobs, we like to have fun, and we’re looking for someone to take an active role in growing our strategy with us.

responsibilities

project stages zero to 100.

Project assistant. You will assist both development and design in setting up multiple projects and tasks (timelines, tasks, hours, budgets, meetings, and approvals) then manage those items as people work. You’ll provide weekly status updates and jump on client calls, facilitating communication and meetings between team members, vendors, and clients by being punctual & prepared, then documenting, and creating action items. You’ll pitch in to review items when asked and be driven to create written magic for clients.

People-Centric. You’ll be at the forefront of client relations with emails, calls, meetings, hand holding, follow up. You like to work in an open and agile environment where everyone builds upon good ideas until they are phenomenal ideas.

Guts. The strength to see a project to completion. Able to effectively track multiple projects for various clients and work with everyone to meet all deadlines. When deadlines loom, you shine with your fearless go-get-‘em attitude by saying “Yes and” over “No but”.

experience

  • General experience working on projects in either the design or development space. If you’ve got the skills and are willing to learn, we’re willing to teach.
  • Writing skills to be able to express and sell the vision is key.
  • Direct experience maintaining strong client relationships, eliciting clear communication, and as we say at 3FO…we’re honest, not modest.
  • An understanding of marketing to digital outlets – SEO, social, etc.

skills

  • Project management. You know the job expectations and understand that continual follow up along with massive amounts of flexibility are key to solving conflicts and managing the constant changes.
  • Experience with project management software (we use Teamwork)
  • Expertise working with Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and/or Google Drive software.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills.
  • Digital savvy is a plus: familiarity with websites, motion graphics, mobile apps, CMS systems. Must be able to internet.
  • Commitment to yourself, your projects and your team to do the best job possible, with excellent organizational and time management skills because sloppy don’t cut it.
  • A willingness to do what needs to be done to maintain records and assist the team with projects or general operations

  • We welcome employees who need flex time or part time as long as you can commit to at least 20 hours a week of overlap with our company hours.
  • We do not provide interview or moving expenses. Remote employment works. CA residents preferred.
