Barbara sets the bar high for helping clients build authentic brand-centric interactions that are hard-hitting and impactful in the marketplace. With a focus on basic brand authenticity and how it needs to incorporate inclusion and accessibility, Barbara’s tenure has included work with SAP, Visa, and Roche/Genentech, as well as various venture capital, finance, and biotech firms. Her work in travel and lifestyle means she has worked with a multitude of lifestyle and arts organizations, technology start ups, and hospitality clients on all levels of their projects from strategy to project management. She has served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the NorCalHSAMI board, as Vice Chair of the Visual Media Alliance (VMA), has been a WebAward Judge for 9 years, and is a part of WPO, Provisors, AMA, and AIGA organizations.

Stephanie loves to push clients into new areas of thinking, viewing their brands from the inside out, and redefining what brand means to businesses. She believes purpose-driven branding is about authenticity and building relationships between customers and companies. Her impressive background in fine art, design, brand strategy and marketing afford Stephanie the skill set to successfully activate brands in the marketplace. Secretly she wishes she could paint emotion, like Rothko. Instead, she draws out consumer emotions to produce lasting results in national advertising campaigns, integrated experiences and brand foundation building. A visionary team member since 2010, Stephanie has worked with a diverse range of clients including Beacon Street, DNK Ink, Culinary Edge, San Francisco Ballet, Smuin Contemporary American Ballet, Stern Grove Festival, and The Four Seasons.

Proactive by nature, his hands-on approach to technological implementation and the ability to look at problems from unconventional angles allows Rex to stay on the cutting edge of modern web strategies for companies such as Netflix, Mozilla, BlueJeans, Fox, real estate and hospitality firms like Highgate Hotels, and bio tech and VC firms like Sutter Hill Ventures. Rex brings extensive experience to 300FeetOut, with a deep-seated understanding of programming, system administration, and design, and facility operations. This broad set of skills ensures 3FO anticipates, meets, and exceeds our client’s expectations.

Cailin’s career has blended education with exploration, strategy with creativity. After receiving her M.B.A. from Columbia, she began working in the branding industry, with teams that brought together designers with planners, strategists with copywriters. She has worked in Sydney, New York, San Francisco, London and Vancouver. Before coming to 300FeetOut, Cailin was Managing Editor at Envisioning & Storytelling and she has created names for Microsoft and Nissan, positioning for Kellogg’s and brand platforms for teams at Genentech. She has written for hotels around the world– enough places to fill her passport pages. Twice.

Tim loves details and numbers and spreadsheets (all things creatives LOVE to hate). He’s been keeping the books at 300FeetOut in one form or another since 2008. A lover of country music and refined tequila, he’s not easily bribed when it comes time for designers to turn in PTO requests.

Mari has worked across various industries to assist teams in managing and executing effective digital and social media marketing strategies that strategically support a company’s sales lead generation and increased business acquisition goals. She has experience working with companies of all sizes across industries such as higher education, fitness, and technology, and in hospitality–having worked in the industry with hotels, restaurants, and spas.  Companies like the Marriott where she directed strategic online marketing initiatives for Westin, Sheraton and The Luxury Collection properties.  She continued the strong luxury background with e-commerce strategies, web site, loyalty and CRM for LHW properties. Mari holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Go Big Red!

Design is in Greg’s soul. Literally. From a deep love of art history and architecture to a healthy obsession with car design, Greg brings a unique blend of precision and artistry to every project. Driven by passion (and an Aston Martin), he’s been inspiring creative and leading teams for over two decades. Greg loves a good challenge. From concept and design to user experience and implementation, he is uncannily intuitive of client needs, and has a keen eye and clear vision for their brand expression and design aesthetic. Working with a wide spectrum of industries—from arts & culture and biotech to luxury hospitality and tech—Greg is always pushing creative beyond the expected, with data and strategy guiding his every turn. To bring big ideas to life, Greg curates and leads multidisciplinary teams of designers, writers, strategists, and developers—crafting unforgettable brand experiences for clients around the corner and across the globe.

With 8 years of coding and 4 years of IT (business development) experience under her belt, Chantel makes for an ideal Lead Developer. She has a wealth of knowledge and abilities including; Project Management, Content Management, CSS, Git, Javascript, HTML, PHP, etc. Chantel loves, “working with our clients and helping them to get the most out of the awesome technologies we know so much about, and teaching them how to use the things we build.” Her words, not ours. She can look at an issue and begin to brainstorm how to solve it at the drop of a hat. Being someone who is almost always smiling she brings a great attitude to the game. Combine that with her love for coding and we can guarantee she will make something to make others smile, too.

Localization, keyword phrasing, meta tagging, and reporting wunderkind, Andrew creates and defines search engine marketing for websites. With 20+ years of experience working in SEM, search engine marketing, Andrew has carved out a particular niche with organic search, having worked on over 100 hotels, restaurants, and resorts sites spanning the globe. He has a direct line to google for all of your Paid Search marketing needs. And since every part of marketing intersects with SEM, we’ve always got recommendations for every part of your campaigns, both online and offline. From Thailand to New York City to Hawaii, Andrew has your local, paid, and earned needs covered.

Joren doesn’t want to say how much experience he has but he’s been our core developer and solutions guru for over 20 years. He is the backbone and chief architect of 3FO technology — creatively solving problems and building awesome websites since the early days of the internet. Joren is extremely adept with programming, JamStack, WordPress, JavaScript and has a breadth of experience in programming B2B and B2C websites (having worked on hundreds of individual websites like his own). Joren doesn’t have a niche industry, he just wants to come to work to do neat challenges and wow everyone.

Hector Banuelos is a seasoned graphic and motion designer with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in marketing and social media for consumer and B2B brands ranging from streaming services and national sports teams to food and luxury retail brands. He is so passionate about design, he often forgets to go off mute in team meetings and is honestly one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He creates the visual fun for social content and motion graphics that are so slick, people pass them around. He partners with AI when he can and loves to create memes during team meetings. Hector is passionate about giving clients a fresh take on design and is unofficially known as the “GIF-meister.”

Mia Pinzelik is a multifaceted designer who craves everything weird and wonderful. She likes to make work that stops people in their tracks and makes them think differently. A huge typography nerd and detail freak, she is always looking into how she can push her work to the next level. With a BS in Graphic Design from PSU, she’s held multiple design positions in Portland including an internship at Beacon Quarterly magazine and as a designer at A+D Projects design studio. Mia began working at 300FeetOut in 2022 where she actively brings her excitement for design and communication to the forefront. When she isn’t whizzing around on the computer, Mia enjoys playing and making music as well as consuming as much trash reality television as she can stomach (which is a lot).

Forrest is very passionate about computers and coding because they are a gateway for him to constantly learn new ways to implement his artistic ideas in a fun and complex way. He handles much of our day to day website tasks, from updating content to adding new pages. He also experiments with new technology, always trying to improve on what has come before. He loves to code so much in his spare time he’s a game developer–often showing our team his blend of music, art, and code.  Not only does he play a mean piano, Forrest puts his heart and soul into everything he does and strives to live in the land of uncomfortable decisions, pushing boundaries so that he can continue to grow. 

The glue that holds us all together, Cindy brings a burst of bubbly energy and a positive attitude to every task she tackles. Don’t let her charms fool you—this efficiency enthusiast keeps our team on point, driving us to consistently exceed client expectations. Cindy thrives on finding new challenges and building her skill set. Her career has spanned diverse industries like events, sports, and entertainment, where her ability to adapt and learn has been key to her success. When she's not orchestrating success for 300FeetOut, Cindy is busy plotting her next adventure—all meticulously organized in her cherished spreadsheets. And as every seasoned project manager knows, when plans take unexpected turns, Cindy embraces the adventure and adapts with grace. Off the clock, you’ll find her immersed in a romance novel (or penning one herself), and cuddling with her beloved pup Winston!
