Episcopal Communities & Services (ECS) has become the paradigm for creative, socially responsible retirement community living in the greater Los Angeles area. All of their nonprofit senior living communities throughout Southern California offer a distinctive whole-self approach that encourages wellness in mind, body and spirit. With almost a 100 year history, ECS serves people of all faiths and economic means.

The brand is rooted in a strong history, core belief system and robust value set. The long term natural
evolution of the brand had been focused on the service offering and delivering exceptional quality in times
of crisis. We came to the rescue by establishing a solid brand foundation from the experience and authenticity already established. This foundation informed brand architecture, strategy, content and ultimately a new visual expression for the brand.

great brands really are relationships. over the last 2 years we have partnered with ecs to create everything from social engagement campaigns, community websites, sales and marketing events and even vehicle wraps.

one of the ways we revealed the new brand to a familiar audience was with a short video animation that explained the “why” behind the brand.
