Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

 

Promoter: This Instagram giveaway is organized by 300feetout (referred to as “the Promoter” or “300feetout”).

 

Eligibility:

 

  1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of the United States.
  2. Employees, representatives, or affiliates of 300feetout are not eligible to participate.

 

Giveaway Period:

 

  1. The giveaway begins on December 15, 2023, and ends on December 21, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”).

 

How to Enter:

 

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @300feetout on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post on @300feetout’s Instagram account.
  3. Tag [1] friend in the comments section of the giveaway post (each tagged friend counts as an additional entry, must tag each friend in a separate comment).
  4. Share the giveaway post on their Instagram story and tag @300feetout for an extra entry.

 

Winner Selection:

  1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  2. The winner will be announced on [December 22, 2023] on the @300feetout Instagram account and will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
  3. If the selected winner does not respond within [3] days after the initial contact attempt, a new winner will be chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries.

 

Prizes:

 

  1. The prize for this giveaway is a set of 300FeetOut anniversary posters.
  2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

Publicity:

 

  1. By entering this giveaway, participants grant 300feetout the right to use their name, likeness, and content shared on Instagram for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or permission.

 

General Conditions:

 

  1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  2. Participants must comply with all Instagram community guidelines and rules.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates these terms and conditions.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  5. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, Instagram outages, that may affect entry into the giveaway or the selection of a winner.

 

Liability:

 

  1. The Promoter and its employees, representatives, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

 

Privacy:

 

  1. Information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

 

Governing Law:

 

  1. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
