At 3FO, we’re a small team by design. That means every single person plays a vital role in how we show up and what we deliver. We build together. We problem-solve together. We win together.

A crucial part of that all-star team is the development team, which includes Forrest.

When it comes to keeping our website builds fast, accessible, and scalable, this is where the magic happens. Behind every seamless launch and every high-performing site is a developer making sure the foundation is airtight.

Forrest is a key part of that force. But there’s more to Forrest than clean code. The same curiosity that fuels our website builds, fuels his life outside of work. He’s a creator, musician, and game developer who’s always learning, experimenting, and pushing for more.

We asked Forrest a few questions about what drives him, what he’s building, and where he’s headed next:

Question: Tell us a bit about yourself. What are your passions outside of work?

Outside of work I love working on music, whether it’s recording, writing, or playing. I make silly videos online as well to help gain an audience for when I have new music coming out! Aside from that, I love spending time with friends, going to concerts, and playing video games.

Question: “What led you to join 300FeetOut?”

I wanted to find a job that challenged me more as a developer and that would help me learn different avenues of web-development. 3FO has kept me on my toes in a great way!

Question: “Can you describe your role and what you love most about it?”

As a Developer at 3FO, I work on numerous things, from building new components to taking care of monthly site performance for over 10 of our clients, making sure accessibility and page-speed standards are kept in the green, and overall providing help wherever needed!

Question: “How do your personal interests influence your work here?”

I’ve coded a few video games over the years and I’ve been able to leverage my programming knowledge in general to assist with both work tasks and outside-of-work tasks like making games.

Question: “What are your future goals, both personally and professionally?”

My future goals are to keep growing my development skills to become more of an asset to the company as well as continue to release music and grow my following.

At 300FeetOut, we don’t take our people for granted. Team members like Forrest are the reason our work performs the way it does. And while we’re proud of the work, we’re even more proud of the people behind it.
