Since its debut in 1959, the world-famous Parker Palm Springs has passed through many hands. When The Jack Parker Corporation—developers of over 15,000 residences—acquired the iconic property, their initial goal was simple: reduce reliance on OTAs through a targeted digital marketing plan. That vision quickly grew into what is now a full fledged SEM, Website, Social, and Marketing integration strategy. Today, it stands as a robust Agency of Record partnership driving long-term brand growth.

With a broken website running on outdated code, an unresponsive former agency, and a creative-heavy strategy that lacked SEO traction, the property had also severed all OTA partnerships—leaving a critical gap in visibility and bookings. Starting with collaboration between the GM and revenue teams, we overhauled the digital marketing efforts from the ground up. This included a full website rebuild, cross-functional strategic alignment, and the development of targeted campaigns and evergreen content. With unique landing pages and a solid digital foundation in place, we collaborated across teams—from PR to Social—to develop an integrated content strategy that unified internal departments and external agencies. We introduced MetaSearch to ensure rate parity with OTAs, produced cohesive campaign visuals adaptable across Google and social platforms, and implemented forward-looking content calendars to guide the upcoming quarter.
