New audiences, adapting brand.
Moving from investors and pharma to clinicians, patients, and employees changes how a website is perceived. It’s no longer only about getting a good return, which is cold and passionless, it’s about saving lives and giving hope where there was none. Merging all five audiences into a single website was the result of an amazing partnership. Collaborating closely with the in-house marketing team, 3FO serves as the foundation for digital strategy, brand development, and asset creation.

Knowing that people worldwide would be looking at Personalis meant that 300FeetOut needed to comply with GDPR. We work closely with the Personalis internal IT team to seamlessly implement server management, third party integrations, accessibility, plug in and CMS updates, and cyber security. Personalis gets monthly reporting from all departments on updates and work completed from development to SEO.
A brand is never a

As the brand has evolved and new products come to market, their website has been redesigned, the IA and sitemap extended, and the UX optimized to evolve with it. Regular A/B testing enables changes to be made on the fly, ensuring success and ROI. Products and resources on the site are also regularly updated to keep in sync with the pipeline and FDA approvals.
